What we handle

Leak detection & repair

Slab leaks, pinholes in copper, failing shutoffs and hose bibs. We find it before we start cutting drywall.

Water heaters

Repair and same-week replacement for tank and tankless. We size to your household's actual demand, not to the biggest unit on the truck.

Drain cleaning

Snaking, hydro-jetting, and camera inspection. You see the footage before and after, so you know what you paid for.

Fixture & bathroom work

Toilets, vanities, tub-to-shower conversions, and full rough-in for renovations. We coordinate with your contractor or own the plumbing scope outright.

Sump pumps & backflow

Installation, testing, and annual backflow certification for homes that need it.

Repiping

Galvanized and polybutylene replacement, whole-house or section by section, phased so you're never without water overnight.

Plumbing questions

Do you charge by the hour?

No. Every job is quoted flat-rate in writing before work starts, so a job that runs long is our problem, not your invoice.

Can you work with my contractor?

Regularly. We'll take the plumbing scope on a renovation and coordinate inspections directly with your GC.

How long does a water heater swap take?

A straight tank-for-tank replacement is usually a half day. Tankless conversions take a full day because of the gas and venting work.
