Ductless mini-splits
Heating and cooling for additions, third floors, and houses with no ductwork. Mass Save rebate paperwork handled for you.
Central AC
Condenser and coil replacement, refrigerant leak repair, and spring start-up service.
Annual maintenance plans
Two visits a year, priority emergency dispatch, and 15% off repairs for members.

Heating & Cooling questions
When should I service my heat?
Once a year, ideally early fall before the first cold snap. Most no-heat emergency calls we take in January were preventable in September.
Do you handle Mass Save rebates?
Yes, on qualifying heat pump and mini-split installs. We file the paperwork as part of the job.
Repair or replace?
Rough rule: if the repair costs more than a third of a new system and the unit is over 15 years old, replacing usually wins. We'll show you the math either way.
