How does your pricing work?
Upfront flat-rate quotes, always. We diagnose the problem, give you the full price in writing before any work starts, and that's the number on the invoice. No hourly meter running, no surprise line items.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold a Massachusetts Master Plumber license (MA License #PL-31942) and full liability and workers' comp insurance. Every tech on your property is licensed or a registered apprentice working under one.

Do you warranty your work?
Every repair carries a 1-year labor warranty, and installations carry a 2-year labor warranty on top of the manufacturer's equipment warranty. If something we fixed fails, we come back and make it right at no charge.
