Before you book
Do I have to book with a specific stylist?
Yes, and that's on purpose. Each stylist keeps their own book, so you're booking a real person's real chair rather than a generic slot someone gets assigned to later.
What if I don't know which one to pick?
Call and say what you want done. Whoever picks up will point you at the right chair, even if it isn't theirs.
Do you take walk-ins?
Andre takes walk-ins most mornings before noon. Colour and texture work always needs a booking because of timing.
Why does colour say 'from'?
Because hair length and how much correction is involved genuinely change the time it takes. You'll get an exact number at the consultation, before anything starts.
Is the consultation free?
Always, and there's no obligation to book after it.
