Yes. Every new member starts with a movement assessment and a coach walks you through the basics. Half our members had never lifted before joining.
Capped at 12 per class with one coach. Everyone gets eyes on their lifts, every session. If a class is full, the schedule shows it and you pick another slot.
Both. Two full locker rooms with showers, day lockers on the floor, and free parking in the rear lot. The Orange Line drops you two minutes away.
No. All memberships are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 15 days' notice — an email to the front desk is enough.
