Yes! New patients are always welcome, and we can usually schedule your first visit within the week. Your first appointment includes a full exam, digital X-rays, and time to talk through any concerns — no rush.

I'm nervous about the dentist. Can you help?

Absolutely — many of our patients came to us after years of avoiding the dentist. We take things at your pace, explain everything before we do it, and offer nitrous oxide and oral sedation options for anxious patients. Just let us know when you book.

What if I have a dental emergency?

Call us right away at (781) 555-0142. We hold same-day slots for emergencies like severe toothaches, chipped or knocked-out teeth, and lost crowns. If it's after hours, our voicemail includes instructions for reaching the on-call dentist.

At what age should my child first see a dentist?

We recommend a first visit by age one, or within six months of the first tooth appearing. Early visits are short and friendly — the goal is simply to help your child feel comfortable in the chair from the very start.
